A townhome and villa community within the larger Newfield master-planned development in Palm City, Florida, designed to bring clarity and character to low-maintenance residential living.

Townhome living is inherently streamlined—but the design doesn’t have to be. Southern Design Concepts Architecture (SDCA) approached Rosette Park as an opportunity to elevate a simplified housing type through proportion, layout, and architectural consistency across a multi-product community.

SDCA developed a series of 3-bedroom townhome and villa plans with open-concept living, integrated garages, and efficient spatial organization. Floor plans maximize usable space while maintaining clean circulation and strong natural light throughout.

The community connects to a broader lifestyle framework, with access to trails, fitness spaces, and shared social amenities that support an active, connected residential environment.

Rosette Park reflects SDCA’s ability to elevate straightforward residential typologies through disciplined design, delivering housing that is efficient, cohesive, and distinctly more considered than conventional townhome development.
