A large-scale, resort-style residential community in Gainesville, Georgia designed around active living, amenities, and a highly integrated neighborhood experience.

Southern Design Concepts Architecture (SDCA) provided architectural design services for Cresswind at Lake Lanier, including residential floor plans as well as key community buildings such as the clubhouse, sales center, and design center. The design supports a fully immersive lifestyle environment centered on connectivity, recreation, and social engagement.

The clubhouse anchors the community as a multi-level amenity hub, featuring indoor and outdoor pools, fitness and wellness spaces, activity rooms, and gathering areas designed to support daily use and large-scale community programming. Supporting buildings extend the same architectural consistency and user-focused planning across the site.

Residential planning prioritizes efficient, adaptable layouts with strong indoor-outdoor relationships, designed for comfort, livability, and long-term performance within an active adult setting.
