Southern Design Concepts Architecture (SDCA) provided architectural design services for Cantabria, a residential community in Bradenton, Florida consisting of townhomes and single-family residences.
The design balances density, livability, and market positioning through efficient, well-resolved floor plans and a refined architectural language. SDCA developed a series of three- and four-bedroom layouts prioritizing spatial clarity, natural light, and functional flow for rental and long-term residential use.
Material strategies and detailing align with builder requirements while elevating the final product, including granite countertops, marble bathrooms, and shaker-style cabinetry. Site planning reinforces walkability and connection to adjacent retail and amenities.
