Founded by David McGee in 2006, Southern Design Concepts Architecture has grown into a multi-state operation due entirely to David's leadership and expertise in residential, commercial, and structural design. With over four decades of experience, David has worked for some of the nation’s leading builders as well as boutique and regional builders throughout the southeast.

Throughout the years, David has utilized his creative design to produce a variety of projects. From residential production, commercial spaces, and custom residential homes, Southern Design Concepts Architecture has created enduring designs meant to last through the years.

Currently, SDCA has designed both residential and commercial projects in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
